Common use of ARCHITECTURE MAINTENANCE Clause in Contracts

ARCHITECTURE MAINTENANCE. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and upon payment of the fees set forth in section 3.3, below, MIPS shall provide WEITEK with corrections and modifications to the Exhibit A deliverables and, if applicable, the Exhibit B deliverables, for the Designated Process Technology which MIPS makes available in the ordinary course of business to its licensees.
