Area Co-Management Committee Advice. 3.3.1 In accordance with section 9.3.7 of the NLCA, an ACMC may, as it deems appropriate, advise the Minister on all matters related to NWA or MBS management. An ACMC may also, as it deems appropriate, advise the other Parties and other agencies on matters related to the management of an NWA or MBS.
