Area Wide Recall. When vacancies occur for which there are no certified and qualified Xxxxx Center teachers who apply for a transfer or are on layoff, the Board agrees to consider applicants who are laid off from Districts represented by the KCEA/MEA/NEA. Said consideration shall include an interview, except that the Board is not required to interview more than five (5) KCEA applicants for a given position.
