ARNP Hire-In Rates. ARNPs with 2-5 years of experience will be hired in at no less than step 2. ARNP with 6-10 years of experience will be hired in at no less than step 3. ARNPs with 11-15 years of experience will be hired in at no less than step 5. ARNPs with 16-20 years of experience will be hired in at no less than step 10. ARNPs with 21 or more years of experience will be hired in at no less than step 12.
