ARNP Project Pay. GHC recognizes the importance of ARNPs in the continued redesign of our healthcare delivery system and commits to providing extra compensation in the form of non-productive project work paid at the rate of forty-six dollars ($46.00) per hour to compensate NPs engaged in mutually agreed upon projects/non-clinical work that supports the NP plan and GHC goals.
