Arrangements for Bulletin Boards. The Company will install and maintain bulletin boards upon its property for use by the Union at such locations and of such size and type as may from time to time be mutually agreed upon by the parties. The cost of providing, installing, maintaining and relocating such boards will be paid by the Union. The bulletin boards shall be designated as Union bulletin boards in a manner mutually agreeable to the Company and the Union.
