Arranger's Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Arranger for its own account such fees as agreed between the Borrower and the Arranger.
Arranger's Fee. The Borrowers must pay to the Facility Agent an Arranger’s fee in the manner agreed in the Fee Letter between the Facility Agent and the Borrowers.
