Arrangers. The Arrangers solely in their capacities as such shall not have any rights, duties or responsibilities hereunder, or any fiduciary relationship with any Lender, and no implied covenants, functions, responsibilities, duties, obligations or liabilities shall be read into this Agreement or otherwise exist against any Arranger solely in its capacity as Arranger.
