Common use of ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION Clause in Contracts

ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Employer and the Union agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restriction or coercion exercised or practised by either of them or any of their representatives with respect to any employee because of membership or non membership or activity or lack of activity in the Union.

It is further agreed that there shall be no other Union activity on the premises of the Employer except as permitted by this Agreement or specifically authorized by the Employer in writing.

The Employer and the Union parties agree that there shall no employee in any manner, be no discriminationdiscriminated against, interferenceor coerced, restriction restrained or coercion exercised or practised by either of them or any of their representatives with respect to any employee because influenced on account of membership or non non-membership in any labour organization. The Union will not engage in Union activities or activity or lack hold meetings at any time on the premises of activity in the UnionEmployer without Administrator.
