Common use of ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION Clause in Contracts

ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Authority and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination against any employee because of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, ethnic origin, age, marital status, citizenship, family status, sexual orientation, or the presence of a non- job related medical condition or handicap or because of his membership in the Union or any other Union.

ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Authority and the Union agree that there will There shall be no discrimination by the Employer, the Union, its officers or officials, or any employee against any person on the basis of race, creed, colour, national origin, religion, political affiliation, age, sex, marital status or family relationship, in accordance with the Human Rights Code, and there shall be no intimidation, coercion or discrimination against any employee because of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, ethnic origin, age, marital status, citizenship, family status, sexual orientation, membership or the presence of a non- job related medical condition or handicap or because of his non-membership in the Union any lawful union, association or any other Unionlabour organizations.

The Authority Company and the Union agree that there will shall be no discrimination against with respect to any employee because by reason of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, ethnic origin, age, marital status, citizenshipsex, family statusrace, creed, colour, national origin, political or religious affiliation, sexual orientation, or handicap as defined by the presence Human Rights Code nor by reason of a non- job related medical condition or handicap or because of his membership in the Union or any other Unionmembership.

It is agreed there will be no discrimination by either party or by any of the employees covered by this Agreement on the basis of race, creed, colour, religion, sex, national origin, ethnic originsex, agesexual orientation, marital status, citizenshipage, family statusreligious affiliation, sexual orientation, or the presence record of a non- job related medical condition or handicap or because of his membership in the Union offence or any other Unionfactor which is not pertinent to the employment relationship.
