Common use of ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION Clause in Contracts

ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Authority and the Union agree that there will be no discrimination against any employee because of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, ethnic origin, age, marital status, citizenship, family status, sexual orientation, or the presence of a non- job related medical condition or handicap or because of his membership in the Union or any other Union.

ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Authority Employer and the Union agree that there will shall be no discrimination against any employee because of race, colourcolor, religioncreed, sex, national origin, ethnic origin, age, marital status, citizenship, family status, sexual orientation, or the presence of a non- job related medical condition or handicap or because of his membership in the enforcement of the provisions of this Agreement, or because of legitimate Union or any other Unionactivities.

ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Authority Employer and the Union agree that there will shall be no discrimination against any employee because discrimination, interference, intimidation, restriction, coercion, or harassment on account of race, creed, colour, religiongender, sexsexual orientation, national age, residence, ancestry, place of origin, ethnic origin, agecitizenship, handicap, marital status, citizenship, family status, sexual orientationrecord of offences, or the presence of a non- job related medical condition membership or handicap or because of his non-membership in the Union Union, or activities on behalf of the Union, or any other Unionfactor which is not pertinent to the employment relationship, practiced against any employee.

The Authority Company and the Union agree that there will shall be no discrimination against with respect to any employee because by reason of race, colour, religion, sex, national origin, ethnic origin, age, marital status, citizenshipsex, family statusrace, creed, colour, national origin, political or religious affiliation, sexual orientation, or handicap as defined by the presence Human Rights Code nor by reason of a non- job related medical condition or handicap or because of his membership in the Union or any other Unionmembership.

ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Authority and Employer or the Union agree that there will be no discrimination shall not at any time discriminate against any employee because Employee on account of racecreed, colour, religionnationality, ancestry or place of origin, political beliefs, sex, national origin, ethnic origin, age, marital status, citizenship, family status, sexual orientation, age or the presence of a non- job related medical condition or handicap marital status or because of his membership in the Union or any other Uniontheir connection with trade union organizations.

The Authority Employer and the Union agree that there will shall be no discrimination by either party against any employee because of race, creed, colour, religiona e, sex, national nationality, ancestry, place of origin, ethnic originpolitical affiliation, agereligious a iliation, marital status, citizenship, family status, sexual orientation, disability, union membership or the presence of a non- job related medical condition or handicap or because of his membership in the Union or any other Unionunion activity.
