ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The parties agree that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restraint, or coercion or intimidation exercised or practiced by either of them or their representatives of members, because of an membership or non-membership in the Union or because of her activity or lack of activity in the Union. The Union further agrees that they will not conduct Union business either on the premises of the Society or at such location where services are being provided by employees, except as specifically permitted by this Agreement or as specifically authorized in writing by the Society. The Society, Union, and employees agree that they shall all abide by the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code and the Employment Standards Act.

The Society, Union, and employees parties agree that they shall all abide by in accordance with the provisions of the Ontario Human Rights Code and Code, there shall be no discrimination against any employee by the Employment Standards ActUnion or the Health Centre by reason of race, creed, colour, age, sex, sexual orientation, marital status, nationality, ancestry or place of origin, family status or disability.
