Common use of ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION Clause in Contracts

ARTICLE NO DISCRIMINATION. The Company and the Union agree there shall be no discrimination, intimidation, interference, restriction or coercion exercised or practised with respect to any of the employees by reason of membership or activity in a Union, race, creed, colour, age, sex, marital status, religion, nationality, ancestry, place of origin, sexual orientation, political affiliation or activity, family relationship or physical handicap. Use in this Agreement of the masculine or feminine gender shall be construed as including both male and female employees, and not as specific sex designations.
