The Employer agrees that there shall be no discrimination, interference, restrictions or coercion exercised or practiced with respect to any employees in all matters connected with their employment by reason of age, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, race, creed, colour, national origin, political or religious affiliation, nor by reason of membership or activity in the Union.
