ARTICLE XIV - GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE. If any teacher for whom a grievance is sustained shall be found to have been unjustly discharged, he/she shall be reinstated with full reimbursement of all professional compensation loss, less any remuneration earned during the period of discharge.
