Articles to survive Termination. The provisions of Articles 16 to 21 shall, to the fullest extent necessary to give effect thereto, survive the Concession Period/the termination of this Agreement and the obligations of Parties to be performed/discharged following the termination/early determination of this Agreement shall accordingly be performed/discharged by the Parties.
