Common use of ARTICULATION PROCEDURES Clause in Contracts

ARTICULATION PROCEDURES. Participants are required to submit a separate SJFC transfer application (available on-line at xxxx://xx.xxxx.xxx/transfer the semester before intended enrollment at St. Xxxx Xxxxxx College. There is no application fee required for consideration into St. Xxxx Xxxxxx College. Students who wish to change their majors upon enrolling at St. Xxxx Xxxxxx College will be permitted to do so and may still be able to earn their baccalaureate degrees with the completion of 60 additional credit hours. In cases such as majors in disciplines which are sequential, or which require a large number of sequence courses and professional programs which are highly structured, pursuit of a different baccalaureate degree at St. Xxxx Xxxxxx College may require the completion of more than 60 credit hours. Each semester, Herkimer College will provide acceptance lists and transcripts of students enrolled in partnership programs. This will allow St. Xxxx Xxxxxx College to monitor the flow of students through the program. Biographic and academic data on each student will be provided to the Transfer and Graduate Admissions Office at St. Xxxx Xxxxxx College so that literature and other relevant programmatic information can be sent to students during the time that they are pursuing their studies at Herkimer College.
