Asbestos Removal Allowance. Any employee who, as part of their job or a special project is required to do asbestos removal under the guidelines of the WCB Act/Regulations, shall be paid a premium of one dollar and thirty-six cents ($1.36) per hour while performing this task. No employee shall be required to perform asbestos removal where that employee deems it unsafe to do so.
