Classification and Wage Rates. A) Employees shall be classified and paid in accordance with Appendix A. B) New classifications may be established at the sole discretion of the Employer. C) Wage rates for any new classifications shall be negotiated in a meeting between the Employer and the Union Representative and xxxxxxx.
