  • Performance Evaluations The Contractor is subject to an annual performance evaluation to be conducted by NYCDOT pursuant to the PPB Rules.

The Grievance and Appeals Unit will conduct a thorough review of your complaint and respond within thirty (30) calendar days of the date it was received. The determination letter will provide you with the rationale for our response as well as information on any possible next steps available to you. When filing a complaint, please provide the following information: • your name, address, member ID number; • the date of the incident or service; • summary of the issue; • any previous contact with BCBSRI concerning the issue; • a brief description of the relief or solution you are seeking; and • additional information such as referral forms, claims, or any other documentation that you would like us to review.   • BID EVALUATION AND AWARD 13.1 The electronic signature shall be considered an offer on the part of the Bidder. Failure to provide the information requested to make this determination may be grounds for a declaration of non-responsive with respect to the Bidder. 13.7 The Owners reserves the right to reject irregular bids that contain unauthorized additions, conditions, alternate bids, or irregularities that make the Bid Proposal incomplete, indefinite or ambiguous. 13.8 Any governmental agency may piggyback on any contract entered into from this bid.

  • Selection Based on Consultants’ Qualifications Services estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured under contracts awarded in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1, 3.7 and 3.8 of the Consultant Guidelines.

  • Compensation of Officers The officers of the Corporation shall be entitled to receive such compensation for their services as shall from time to time be determined by the Board of Directors.
