Assessment of Outcomes. 6.4.6.1 In the planning process the teacher and administrator will determine the monitoring schedule. Prior to the end of the year, the teacher and administrator will meet to review the teacher’s progress. A written report summarizing the alternative plan and results shall be placed in the teacher’s file.
