Assessments for Nursing. Home Residents - For each enrollee in the nursing home, the ICO shall review the nursing home’s most recent Minimum Data Set (MDS) assessment upon enrollment, and participate in subsequent assessments as agreed with the nursing home. The ICO may conduct its own supplemental assessments as the IDT identifies necessary, but any other ICO assessments shall supplement, rather than duplicate or replace, the MDS assessments required by regulation. .
