ASSIGNMENT AND CONFORMITY WITH STATUTE. The Insured's interest in this Policy shall not be assignable. To the extent that the terms of this Policy are in conflict with the Constitution, laws or regulations of the United States and/or the laws and regulations of the state wherein this Policy is issued, the Policy is hereby amended to conform to such laws or regulations.
