Assignment by Project Developer Clause Samples
Assignment by Project Developer. The CCP Board shall review, modify, and approve the recommendations of the Project Committee, made pursuant to Section 6.4(b)(iii) of this Agreement, as to any assignment by Project Developer pursuant to Section 14.1 of the ESSA other than any assignment pursuant to Sections 14.2 or 14.3 of the ESSA.
Assignment by Project Developer. Review, modify, and approve by a Normal Vote a recommendation to the CCP Board regarding any assignment by Project Developer pursuant to Section 14.1 of the ESSA other than any assignment pursuant to Sections 14.2 or 14.3 of the ESSA.
