Assignment by the District. Except as provided in Section 7.1, this Installment Sale Agreement may not be assigned by the District.

This Installment Sale Agreement may not be assigned by the District, other than to a public agency which shall succeed to the interests of the District in and to the Project and which (by operation of law, by contract or otherwise) becomes legally bound to all of the terms and provisions hereof.

This Recreational Facilities Agreement may be assigned as a whole or in part, by the District with the written consent of the Corporation, the Credit Enhancement Provider and the Trustee (which consents shall not be unreasonably withheld), subject, however, to each of the following conditions unless otherwise agreed to by the District, the Related Districts, the Corporation and the Credit Enhancement Provider:

Assignment by the District. This Easement shall be assignable by the District to another governmental entity for the purpose of implementing the Plan without any consent of the Grantor being required.
