ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT PAYMENTS. The provisions of section 590h(g) of title 16 (re- lating to assignment of payments) shall apply to contract payments under this section. The owner or producer making the assignment, or the assignee, shall provide the Secretary with notice, in such manner as the Secretary may re- quire in the contract, of any assignment made under this subsection.

("Citicorp"), as agent for the Seller's secured creditors, all moneys due or to become due under the AIM- 9 Contract. The Purchaser and the Seller shall take all steps necessary to continue (i) the assignment to Citicorp until the payment in full of all amounts to be paid by the contracting parties under the AIM-9 Contract and (ii) the remaining assignment until consummation of the novation agreements for the Subcontracted Contracts.
ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT PAYMENTS. (a) Each Seller shall send written instructions, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Buyer, to all account debtors party to the Subcontracted Contracts, including the United States Government, directing each of them to make payment on all receivables due in respect of such Subcontracted Contracts directly to the Person designated by Buyer.
