Assignment of Domain Names. Assignment of the Domain Names to Buyer in form reasonably acceptable to Buyer, executed by Seller.
Assignment of Domain Names. Effective as of the date of Closing provided for in the Asset Purchase Agreement, Assignor sells, transfers, conveys, assigns and delivers to Assignee and Assignee accepts all right, title and interest of Assignor in and to the websites, domain names and registrationsheld by Assignor (the “Assigned Domain Names”).
Assignment of Domain Names. The Registrar undertakes, upon request from the surrendering Domain Owner, and on condition that the recipient Domain Owner has approved the Terms and Conditions of Registration and has provided the information specified in clause 4.1.1 of the Terms and Conditions of Registration, to perform the assignment of a Domain Name. The Registrar shall obtain a written consent from the surrendering Domain Owner, to be signed by the domain Owner and faxed or mailed to the Registrar. The recipient Domain Owner undertakes to approve i) the Terms and Conditions of Registration, as well as ii) the additional Agreement provided by the Registrar. An Assignment of a Domain Name has no effect on the Renewal date of the Domain Name, the only specifications to be changed are the ones related to the Domain Owner. Assignment can only be performed by the surrendering Domain Owner’s Registrar. After performance of the Registration Service, the Registrar undertakes to promptly, but no later than five (5) working days after receiving a confirmation from .SE, confirm the performed service to the surrendering and the recipient Domain Owners.
Assignment of Domain Names. The Registrar undertakes, upon request from the surrendering Domain Holder, and on condition that the recipient Domain Holder has approved the Terms and Conditions of Registration and has provided the information specified in paragraph 9.1, to perform the assignment of a Domain Name. The Registrar shall promptly, and no later than within five working days from when the conditions for the assignment have been fulfilled, assign the Domain Name to a new Domain Holder. The assignment of a Domain Name means that the recipient party becomes the new Domain Holder and replaces the Domain Holder that was previously registered.
Assignment of Domain Names. HSAC shall be responsible for assigning all e-mail and Web Site addresses to Data Subscribers. All e-mail and Web Site addresses for Data Subscribers shall use domain names that are registered in Operator's name and are pre-approved by Operator in writing. HSAC shall keep an updated list of such e-mail and Web Site addresses and shall supply Operator with an electronic copy of such list whenever Operator requests.
Assignment of Domain Names. (a) Xxxx Xxxxxx shall have entered into a domain name transfer agreement in a form acceptable to the Investors whereby Xxxx Xxxxxx agrees to assign and transfer one hundred percent (100%) of his interest in the domain name (xxx.xxxx00xx.xxx) to the Domestic Company.

MMMG covenants that promptly following the Effective Date it shall take such actions and complete such documentation and filings as are necessary to transfer ownership of the registered domain names included in the MMMG Contributed IP to the Company (including without limitation unlocking the domain name registration and completing any on-line domain name registration assignment forms as may be required by the applicable domain providers).
