Assignment of Equipment & Supplies. Upon termination of employment, any equipment and supplies entrusted to a nurse, will be returned to the Employer, on or prior to the last day of work. The Employer will deduct the replacement cost of equipment from the nurse’s last regular pay for any equipment and /or supplies not returned to the Employer on or prior to the last day of work.
