ASSIGNMENT OF LANDLORD'S INTEREST. If Landlord should ever assign this Lease or the rents hereunder to a creditor as security for a debt, Tenant shall, after notice of such assignment and upon demand by Landlord or the assignee, pay all sums thereafter becoming due Landlord hereunder to the assignee (from and after the time Tenant is furnished with such assignee's address) and furnish such evidence of insurance coverages required hereunder as the lender may reasonably require so as to protect the assignee's interest as it may appear and furnish such assurances to the assignee.
ASSIGNMENT OF LANDLORD'S INTEREST. In the event Landlord should assign this Lease or the rents hereunder, Tenant shall, upon ten (10) days notice of such assignment and the request of Landlord, pay all sums becoming due to Landlord hereunder from and after a date specified by Landlord to the assignee, and furnish such evidence of insurance coverage required hereunder as the assignee may reasonably require so as to protect the assignee's interest as it may appear.
ASSIGNMENT OF LANDLORD'S INTEREST. Landlord's obligations hereunder shall be binding upon Landlord only for the period of time that Landlord is in ownership of the Building; and, upon termination of that ownership, Tenant shall look solely to Landlord's successor in interest in the Building for the satisfaction of each and every obligation of Landlord hereunder.

ASSIGNMENT OF LANDLORD'S INTEREST. Section 26.01. Subject to Article 29, Landlord may at anytime and from time to time assign to any person, firm or corporation (herein called the "Assignee"), by way of pledge or otherwise, any or all of the rights (in whole or in part) of Landlord under this Lease. ASSIGNMENT OF LANDLORD'S INTEREST. Landlord shall have the right to assign this Lease to another entity. In the event of an assignment, Tenant agrees to recognize the assignee as Landlord and shall execute, upon Landlord s request, an instrument certifying the existence and good standing of this Lease and any agreement or modification of this Lease documenting the assignment, including endorsement of applicable insurance policies. Tenant shall, after notice of assignment, pay all Basic Rent subsequently coming due to assignee and give all required notices under this Lease, both to Landlord and the assignee. Tenant shall also have all required policies of insurance endorsed so as to protect the assignee's interest as it may appear and deliver the policies or certificates to the assignee.
