Common use of Assignment of Supervising Evaluator and First Conference Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Supervising Evaluator and First Conference. The Primary Evaluator may designate a Supervising Evaluator to oversee the development and implementation of an Improvement Plan. The Primary Evaluator may be the Supervising Evaluator. Within 15 school days of an Educator receiving an overall rating of Unsatisfactory, the designated Supervising Evaluator shall meet with the Educator to discuss and assist in the development of the Improvement Plan. The Educator may request that a Union Representative attend this meeting and any subsequent meetings relating to the development, implementation, or monitoring of an Improvement Plan.
