ASSIGNMENT, SUB-CONTRACTING AND RESPONSIBILITY. 34.1 Neither the Council nor the Contractor shall assign or sub-contract this Contract or any part thereof without the prior written consent of the other Party. Sub-contracting any part of the Contract shall not relieve the Contractor of any obligation or duty attributable to the Contractor under the Contract.
