Assignment upon Return from Child Care Leave. A Professional Staff Member will be assigned to the same position if the leave was for less than ninety (90) consecutive work days. A Professional Staff Member will be assigned to a similar position for which (s)he is certified/licensed, if the leave is for ninety-one (91) work days or longer.
