ASSIGNMENTS FOR DUAL COVERAGE. The parties mutually understand that there are certain instances where it is desirable to have two (2) Inspectors present at a work location. Requests for dual coverage will be considered when brought to the attention of Management before field inspections are made. Said requests for such coverage will be made through the Inspector's first line supervisor.
