ASSIGNMENTS, REASSIGNMENTS, AND TRANSFERS. The Board and the Association recognize that an optimum educational environment includes a teacher who is working within his/her area of special competence and in the school setting best suited to his/her personal circumstances.

ASSIGNMENTS, REASSIGNMENTS, AND TRANSFERS. The Board and the Association recognize that an optimum educational environment includes a teacher who is working within his/her area of special competence and in the school setting best suited to his/her personal circumstances. Therefore, the Board shall provide opportunities for teachers to express their desires in assignment. In no case shall a teacher be assigned outside the scope of his/her teaching certificate, endorsement or license.

ASSIGNMENTS, REASSIGNMENTS, AND TRANSFERS.
