Common use of Assistance by Company Personnel Clause in Contracts

Assistance by Company Personnel. To assist with the transfer of Licensed Know-How under this Section 4.2 and Vertex’s exploitation thereof in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, Company will make its personnel reasonably available to Vertex during normal business hours to transfer such Licensed Know-How to Vertex and respond to Vertex’s inquiries with respect thereto.
