Assistance from City. To assist Consultant in performing the Contract Services, the City will perform the duties outlined in Exhibit A, if any, in a timely manner so as not to unreasonably delay the Consultant’s services.

Assistance from City. CP will rely on City staff to recommend local builders, developers or brokers they think would be best to talk with.
Assistance from City. CP will rely on City staff to supply key tax and fee figures and calculation methods that are important for the pro forma analysis, such as permit fees, impact fees and property tax rates.
Assistance from City. CP will rely on City staff to supply physical constraints and cost estimates for any site-specific remediation costs, etc. Task 6: Modeling and Analysis CP will conduct an initial round of detailed financial modeling (pro forma) of the most promising strategies and tools from above. CP will conduct a sensitivity analysis and prepare a matrix that documents the relative impact of each tool or incentive to understand which have the greatest impact.
