Assistant Superintendent. In the event the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at 4 Step 1, the grievant may appeal the decision on the 5 appropriate form to the Assistant Superintendent of Human 6 Resources within ten (10) days. Failure to meet this time 7 limit by the grievant shall constitute an automatic waiver and 8 withdrawal of the grievance.
