Association Communications. Inter-school mail delivery facilities may be utilized by the Association for the distribution of newsletters, fliers, and other non-bulk materials. Such material will be addressed to individual members or to a faculty representative for distribution in the school. As long as facilities are adequate, such material can be distributed by this means.
