Common use of Association Communications Clause in Contracts

Association Communications. The Association shall be entitled to the use of and access to employee mailboxes for communications to unit members regarding matters, which involve the Association. The Association shall also be entitled to post notices of Association concern on designated bulletin boards designated for exclusive use by the Association, at least one of which shall be provided in each school building, in areas frequented by employees.

Association Communications. The Association shall be entitled to have the use of and access to employee mailboxes for communications to unit members regarding matters, which involve the Association. The Association shall also be entitled right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on designated institutional bulletin boards designated boards, and to use the inter-school mail service and employee mail boxes for exclusive use communications to classified employees regarding matters for which the Association is lawfully involved, subject to reasonable regulations. Items placed in school mail must be signed by the Association, at least one of which shall be provided in each school building, in areas frequented by employeesresponsible individual organization.
