Common use of Association Communications Clause in Contracts

Association Communications. Duly authorized representatives of the Association shall have the right to post notices on bulletin boards provided in the school buildings for that purpose and shall have the use of faculty mailboxes and district email for communications relative to negotiations, notices of the Association's meetings or elections, results of elections or appointment of officers, and notices of social, educational, and/or recreational activities. A list of the Association’s Board and Building Representatives shall be provided to the Superintendent each year by the Association. All Association notices shall be identified as such.
