Association Notification Copies of all sabbatical applications, returning placement agreements and extension requests, as well as their disposition, shall be provided to the Association by the District upon request.
Association Representative 5.3.1.1 Management recognizes that one of the prime functions of the Council is to represent bargaining unit members and investigate complaints of members of the bargaining unit.
Association Grievance A grievance, as defined in Section 7.1, relating to occurrences actually involving at least three (3) nurses or arising under the Association Representative article, may be initiated by the Association at Step 2 of the above-mentioned procedure by the filing of a written grievance, signed by a representative of the Association, within 35 calendar days from the date of occurrence. Evaluation Report 20.5.4.1 The summary evaluation report shall be prepared by the Faculty Evaluation Committee and administrative evaluator(s) and shall include each evaluator’s individual rating. Litigation Reporting If Contractor is served with a pleading or other document in connection with an action before a court or other administrative decision making body, and such pleading or document relates to this Participating Addendum or may affect Contractor’s ability to perform its obligations under this Participating Addendum, Contractor shall, within 10 days after being served, notify the State of such action and deliver copies of such pleading or document to the State’s primary contact identified in §5 of the Participating Addendum .
Association Grievances If a grievance affects a group of employees or the Association, the Association may initiate and submit such grievance to the Superintendent directly, and the processing of such grievance shall commence at Step 2. Grievances involving more than one supervisor and grievances involving the administrator above the building level may be filed by the Association at Step 2.
