ASSOCIATION'S REPRESENTATIVES. 5.1 Notwithstanding any other provisions in the contract, including but not limited to the right to representation contained in Articles XXII and XXIV, permission for a Xxxxxxx or Chief Xxxxxxx to be away from his/her duty assignment for Association business, must have prior approval of the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources. Meetings for the purpose of conducting Association business, including but not limited to membership meetings, elections, bargaining sessions, etc., shall not be held during working hours except with permission of the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources. No association meeting shall be held on Board property at any time without prior consent of the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources.
