Assumption of Responsibilities by the Department. As soon as practicable after the effective date of this agreement, the Member Agencies shall appoint their representatives to the Board and the Fire Chief shall give notice of an organizational meeting of the newly constituted Board. At said meeting the Board shall provide for its regular meetings, shall elect a Chair and Vice Chair.
