At Arbitration. 1.4.1 In dealing with a dispute, the AIRC shall, where it appears practicable and appropriate, encourage the Parties to agree on procedures in respect of those arbitration proceedings by discussion and agreement. 1.4.2 If, in accordance with clause 1.4.1, the Parties are unable to come to an agreement on procedures in respect of the arbitration proceedings, the AIRC will be entitled to determine its own procedures for the arbitration proceedings.
