Common use of AT CONSUMER DELIVERY POINTS AND TRANSPORT DISTRIBUTION INTERFACE POINTS Clause in Contracts

AT CONSUMER DELIVERY POINTS AND TRANSPORT DISTRIBUTION INTERFACE POINTS. GRTgaz’s obligations in respect of the characteristics and the pressure of the Gas delivered at any Consumer Delivery Point and at any Transport Distribution Interface Point are defined in the Connection Contract relating to the said Delivery Point. GRTgaz’s obligations in respect of the characteristics and the pressure of the Gas delivered are stipulated exclusively to the benefit of the Recipient, and shall grant no rights of any kind to the Shipper. GRTgaz holds the Shipper harmless from any legal proceedings initiated by a Recipient resulting from a proven failure attributable to GRTgaz concerning its obligations under the terms of the Connection Contract relating to the said Recipient.
