If Executive’s employment terminates for any reason, including (without limitation) any termination that occurs other than during the period that is on or within twelve (12) months after a Change of Control as provided herein, Executive shall will not be entitled to any payments, benefits, damages, awards or compensation other than as provided by this AgreementAgreement and the payment of accrued but unpaid wages, as required by law, and any unreimbursed reimbursable expenses.

At-Will Employment. The Company and Executive acknowledge parties agree that Executive’s employment is and with the Company shall continue to be “at-will,” employment and may be terminated at any time with or without Cause at the option of either the Company or Executive.
