At-Will Nature of Employment. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Executive's employment with the Company is and shall remain "at-will" and the Executive's employment with the Company may be terminated at any time and for any reason (or no reason) by the Company, with or without notice, or the Executive, subject to the terms of this Agreement. During the period of the Executive's employment with the Company, the Executive shall perform such duties and fulfill such responsibilities as reasonably requested by the Company from time to time commensurate with the Executive's position with the Company.
