At-Will Nature of Employment. Employee understands that nothing in this Agreement requires him or her to continue employment with the Company for any particular length of time or requires that the Company continue to employ Employee for any particular length of time.
At-Will Nature of Employment. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that the Executive's employment with the Company is and shall remain "at-will" and the Executive's employment with the Company may be terminated at any time and for any reason (or no reason) by the Company, with or without notice, or the Executive, subject to the terms of this Agreement. During the period of the Executive's employment with the Company, the Executive shall perform such duties and fulfill such responsibilities as reasonably requested by the Company from time to time commensurate with the Executive's position with the Company.
At-Will Nature of Employment. Employer hereby employs Employee as a full-time, at-will employee, and Employee hereby accepts employment with Employer as a full-time, at-will employee. Employer or Employee may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, with or without cause and with or without notice, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.
At-Will Nature of Employment. Executive’s employment under this Agreement will be “at will” and therefore may be terminated by either party at any time in accordance with Sections 4 and 5, below.

As of the Start Date, Employer shall employ Employee as a full-time, at-will employee, and Employee shall accept employment with Employer as a full-time, at-will employee. Employer or Employee may terminate this Agreement at any time and for any reason, with or without cause and with or without notice, subject to the provisions of this Agreement.

Your employment with the Company will be on an “at-will” basis, meaning that either you or the Company may terminate your employment at any time for any reason or no reason, without further obligation or liability. The Company also reserves the right to modify or amend the terms of your employment at any time for any reason, except as explicitly set forth in this Agreement. This policy of at-will employment is the entire agreement by the Company with you as to the duration of your employment and may only be modified by an express written agreement signed by the Chief Executive Officer and you.

In addition, employment with the Company is not for a specific term and can be terminated by Executive or by the Company at any time for any reason, with or without cause or prior notice. Any contrary representations that may have been made or that may be made to Executive are superseded by this Agreement.

In addition, this Agreement shall terminate by reason of O’Brien’s death or the substantial inability of O’Brien, by reason of physical or mental illness or accident, to perform his regular responsibilities hereunder indefinitely or for a period of one hundred eighty (180) days (a “Disability”).
At-Will Nature of Employment. Except as set forth in this Agreement, the Scholarship shall not be deemed to be a contract between you and BMH or be considered a guarantee or an inducement for your employment. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be deemed to give you the right to be retained in the service of BMH or to interfere with the right of BMH to terminate the Scholarship or to discharge you as an employee of BMH at any time, regardless of the effect such termination would have on your Scholarship or participation in the Program. In the event you become an employee of BMH, you acknowledge and understand that your employment with BMH will be an “employment-at-will” relationship in which either BMH or you may terminate the employment relationship with or without cause and at any time.
