At Work Accident. Where an employee is the victim of an accident while at work and performing normal duties and so suffers an injury requiring professional medical attention off the Company's premises, the Company agrees that they shall suffer no loss of earnings on the day of the accident by reason of their necessary absence from work. Payment for the day's absence will be paid on the same basis as jury duty pay.
