Common use of ATM Deposits Clause in Contracts

ATM Deposits. If You make an ATM deposit prior to closing on a business day that We are open, We will consider that day to be the day of Your deposit. However, if You make an ATM deposit after closing or on a day that We are not open, We will consider the deposit made on the next business day We are open. For deposits made at Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) owned and operated by Air Academy Federal Credit Union, deposits subject to delayed availability will become available for withdrawal on the second business day after the day of deposit. For deposits made at Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) not owned and operated by Air Academy Federal Credit Union, deposits subject to delayed availability will become available for withdrawal on the fifth business day after the day of deposit.
