Attachments and Transaction Documents. 4.1 Additional terms for Products and Services may be in documents called "Attachments" and "Transaction Documents”. In general, Attachments contain terms that may apply to more than one Product, Service or method of marketing Products and Services, while Transaction Documents (such as invoices, order acknowledgments or addendums) contain specific details and terms related to an individual transaction. There may be one (1) or more Transaction Documents for a single transaction. Attachments and Transaction Documents are part of this Agreement only for those transactions to which they apply. Each transaction is separate and independent from other transactions.
