In general, Attachments contain terms that may apply to more than one Product or Services transaction, while Transaction Documents (such as a statement of work, supplement, schedule, invoice, exhibit, change authorization, or addendum) contain specific details and terms related to each individual transaction. Customer may receive one or more Transaction Documents for a single transaction. Attachments and Transaction Documents are part of this Agreement only for those transactions to which they apply. Each transaction is separate and independent from other transactions. If there is a conflict among the terms of this Agreement, Attachments, and Transaction Documents, those of an Attachment prevail over those of this Agreement, and the terms of a Transaction Document prevail over those of both this Agreement and an Attachment.
