Attachments and Transaction Documents. Additional terms for Eligible Products are in documents called "Attachments" and "Transaction Documents” provided by IBM. Depending upon their country of use, Attachments may have different names. In general, Attachments and Transaction Documents (such as a supplement, schedule, invoice, exhibit, or addendum) contain specific details and terms related to this transaction. Customer may receive one or more Transaction Documents for a single transaction. Attachments and Transaction Documents are part of this Agreement only for those transactions to which they apply. Each transaction is separate and independent from other transactions.
