ATTENDANCE AT COMPANY MEETINGS. 24.1 A representative of the Authority is entitled to attend and to speak at any meeting of the Company as though he or she were a shareholder of the Company, but this clause does not confer a right to vote on the Authority or its representative. 24.2 The Company must deliver to the Authority copies of all notices and circulars that are forwarded to shareholders in the same manner and time frame as if the Authority were a shareholder.
